What Dorlita Thinks About

I am a Christian woman of God, a wife, married to my hubby for 10 years and a mother of three beautiful children. All moms say that don’t they. We believe we have the greatest kids on earth(smile), I know I do. The oldest is a teenager that is starting to go through the “change” form boy to bigger boy. The middle child is my busy body and a tomboy. She likes to climb trees and she never stops moving not even when she is sleep. And my precious little youngster whom my husband calls “Biscuit” due to the fact that her face is round and golden brown like a Pillsbury Grands homemade biscuit. But I call her shadow because we are home together 24/7 and she acts like me, talks like me, worships like me, and works on the computer like me. She goes wherever I go even to the toilet.

I have a passion for brightening someone else’s day and letting them know that they are not alone in life. God placed this in me by putting me through things in my life to overcome so that I could be strength for someone else that may not be as strong or they need someone who understands what they are going through. So please feel free to share with me in this venture.

I also love  candles and have my very own candle company (Light Beautiful Candles) started in 2009. I thought that if I love something why not share it with others that may have the same interest. I also love computers and the Internet so I dabble a little bit in web development. I consider myself somewhat a geek and I am the IT person and technical support to my friends and family. Oh how I long to bond with somebody else with a like interest or that can relate to me when as they say I speak tech. None of my family or friends are as into computers as I am, they use it for just the basics. I want to help other people looking for a way to work from home in a positive way. I know there are others like me that want to spend more time with their family’s and not have to spend so much time away from home.  I want people to be successful in life. This was my dream and I searched and worked until I found my answer and now I want to do the same for others with big dreams.

I started this blog as a way to share my thoughts and ideas with the world or whoever wanted to listen. It has turned into so much more for me now. I love being able to express myself in several areas of my life. I have had my share of laughter, crys, joys, happiness, sadness, tears and beyond. Life is full of emotions and experiences, mistakes and valuable lessons. This is me as I go through them all. I have officially become a stay at home mom so blogging for me has become more than just a hobby that I enjoy. I look forward to sharing my ideas and  thoughts with you. Here’s to the future!
